Within the framework of its Integrated Management System for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and the Environment, it commits to:
- To meet the requirements of customers and all relevant interested parties, complying with applicable legal and regulatory standards and requirements, those internally established by ALSELEC SYSTEMS, and other requirements related to both environmental aspects and the safety of personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Continuously improve the quality of services provided through the development of Quality Management System processes, as well as in areas related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management.
- Identify and meet the environmental and occupational health and safety requirements relevant to the organization’s context.
- Promote the professional development of ALSELEC SYSTEMS personnel by implementing regular training programs designed to enhance their competencies.
- To preserve the physical well-being of ALSELEC SYSTEMS personnel while carrying out their duties, focusing management efforts on eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks.
- Consult and involve workers and their representatives.
- Prevent environmental pollution and promote waste sorting and the responsible use of valuable resources.
- Comply with applicable legal regulations in every jurisdiction where activities are carried out, as well as with any other requirement to which ALSELEC SYSTEMS subscribes.
- To dedicate ourselves to the innovation, development, and application of new technologies, offering solutions to our clients’ problems.
