In line with our commitment to safeguarding the physical well-being of our personnel, we took the first steps of the new Calcatreu Project by training local residents—in collaboration with UOCRA Río Negro—on safety and environmental matters.
The training took place in Ingeniero Jacobacci, Río Negro, and drew a large, diverse group of attendees who were able to clarify their questions and gain essential knowledge regarding their personal safety and environmental protection.
The Calcatreu Project will be located in the region of the same name, 60 km from Ingeniero Jacobacci, and represents an ambitious undertaking for Minera Calcatreu. We will have the opportunity to provide our Service Engineering Solution, which encompasses engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning, as well as power and control systems for the heap leaching plant.
The attendees left proudly with their certificates of attendance, equipped to perform their tasks safely. In this way, we support their professional ambitions and growth, and foster their development by implementing regular training programs that enhance their skills.
