We have completed the FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) alongside the Pan American Energy team for the integration of the new medium-voltage drive for the Brandsen–Campana oil pipeline into the plant’s control and supervision system.
The Brandsen–Campana pipeline is a strategic piece of infrastructure that transports crude oil—produced in the south and arriving by sea at Puerto Rosales—from AXION energy’s storage terminal in Brandsen to its refinery in Campana. Both locations are key facilities for the prominent oil and gas company Pan American Energy (PAE). The pipeline spans over 166 km, with approximately 70% of its route running parallel to Provincial Route 6 and 30% passing through rural areas, transporting nearly 110,000 barrels per day.
In this project, we had the opportunity to provide our comprehensive engineering and control system programming solution. True to our commitment, we modernized and improved the system to ensure the integrity of the supply chain, utilizing software tailored for the Oil & Gas industry.
We thank the Pan American Energy team for their trust and kindness throughout our collaboration. Their willingness to work toward our goal of maximizing access to innovative technologies is both gratifying and motivating for us. They serve as a driving force for our commitment to continuous improvement and the ongoing development of the quality of our work processes, in accordance with current standards.
